How do the Indo-Ganges people farm and what go they grow?

The rivers carry water and silt into the farmlands which allows them to irrigate, Some crops that they grew were barley, wheat, rice, peas, beans and other vegetables. When they had the monsoon it spreaded silt which helps the soil stay rich for the next year.
