Do any car accidents result from throwing snowballs?

Typically, no. Snowballs are light and fluffy. But when they are slushy and icy, the projectile could do harm to the car and startle the driver, which could cause a crash on a busy road. If there is two cars, aim for the back one to be safe. All in all, have fun and don't get caught.
