The only possible remedy is to contact a company that restores fine dinnerware. They may be able to repair the piece at an exorbitant cost. Probably is not worth it. A better option, if the piece looks too bad to use is to buy a replacement piece if the pattern is still available. If the pattern has been discontinued, there are businesses that specialize in replacing such pieces. Find a store that carries that brand for information on who to contact.
