What does it mean when a boy says he likes your shoes and start talking to you and then asks where do you live and you tell him and he stares into your eyes like he's shocked?

This is so cute. "I like your shoes" is the oldest most played out pickup line in the book. If he asks where you live, he genuinely cares about you as a person (you wouldn't believe how hard that is to find in a guy). Sounds like he really likes you! He just has no idea how to act. That is SO adorable that he said "I like your shoes" though, it means he doesn't know what to do but he's really trying hard.
