For my answer I'm going to assume you mean Cristiano Ronaldo and not Brazillian Ronaldo.

Cristiano is strong with both feet, but for me, the deciding factor is which foot he uses to take free kicks, which is his right. So his right foot is his dominant one in my opinion.
