The initials K-Y are not known to represent any Words, they were described by their originator as 'arbitrary letters', but have been retained for their brand identity.

I think the initials K-Y should at least stand for 'Knob You'

- ok so I think I figured this one out today in physics class. There is a constant coefficient of how much something "stretches" such as a spring and as you can guess it is represented by the letters "KY" so KY warming jelly literally means "stretching warming jelly" not the best visual but when you think about the main objective of most personal lubricants it makes some sense.
