What is your Greatest Strength and your greatest weakness?

Being a teamplayer I feel that is the greatest asset in itself! Going that extra mile to help someone else maybe a co-worker customer etc..those are my strengths and ambition! I just feel it's very important to work as a team in any working environment! Being a true team player is a plus.
