Do you need to remove the light bulb before using your self-cleaning oven feature?

No. The feature does not require you to remove the lightbulb, however the racks inside the oven should be removed as well as any easily removed spills/food particles. This will keep odors down during the cleaning process. Always follow manufacturer's reccommendations.
