Um, I don't really understand the question, but I'm assuming you're asking what a 7 year-old girl would look like if she's pregnant. Truth be told, girls cannot become pregnant until they hit puberty. So, unless they have some sort of medical contition, a 7 year-old cannot become pregnant.
