Will you be permanently blind if you don't blink for a day?

It is certainly impossible not to blink at all for a day but if you did something crazy, like tape your eyes open, you would probably be blind, because considering the sunlight impact on the naked eye and all the other light, when you finally were able to blink you wouldn't be able to see you'll go blind/color-blind.
