No, he did not. During his presidential campaign in 2008, the president had a plane with his own name and logo on it, as most candidates do. But once he became president, he began using the official presidential plane, and it has not been repainted (other than perhaps some necessary maintenance). Photographs of Air Force One will show you it has the American flag and looks exactly the way it looked when other presidents used it.
