What traditions does Belgium have in Valentine's Day?

There a number of Belgium traditions which often revolve around special holidays and celebrations. The Carnival of Binche, for example, is an event that takes place three days before Ash Wednesday and culminates with a parade. Their Christmas traditions also typically kick off with the Feast of St. Nicholas on December 6th, on which "good" children receive sweets and gifts.
