How much is a 1969 twenty dollar paper bill worth from the federal reserve bank Richmond Va?

Despite its age, the average 1969 US $20 bill has little or no collector value unless it's in crisp uncirculated condition. Too many were printed for them to be scarce.

As of 02/2010 uncirculated ones retail for $25 and up. Also, if it has an unusual serial number (e.g. 12345678 or 12121212) it would be of interest to niche collectors.
