Not that I am aware of, unless you count the Macedonian aqcuirement of Egypt in the 4th Century BC. Greece colonized the Ionian Coast of Asia Minor (Turkey), Sicily, and southern Italy. Greeks traveled to Africa, however, and they were familiar with it. There is evidence that Greece was influenced by the Ancient Egyptians. Much later in modern times, Africa was divided among European colonial powers, but Greece was not one of them.
