Where is the evap canister on 03 Chrysler?

Under the hood there should be a Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) Decal which is a chart of the emissions system. It should tell you where the evap canister is.

If it's missing, a dealership should be able to direct you where to purchase one.

Or, you can always go to a licensed state inspection location and ask them.
