I'd say to put some sort of red tint in to neutralize the gray. Not too red though or you'll have a new problem.

you don't need to put any more chemicals on your hair. mix three parts lemon juice to one part deep conditioner, apply to wet hair on the ash parts, leave on for one hour then rinse.
