When using the Chemical Contaminated Object Rule to work with or near contaminated materials when must you work in overgarment jacket and trousers?

You must wear the overgarment jacket and trousers (or suit) for MOPP Level 0 through MOPP Level 4. First set of suit, gloves, and boots are available within two hours, second set within six hours.
