Is there an island between Hawaii and California?

There are various islands off the coast of California that are part of California, but otherwise no, there does not seem to be anything between Hawaii and California.

The California coastal islands include Anacapa, Ano Nuevo, three different Bird Islands,

Cannibal Island, Chris Rock Island, Cock Robin Island, Daby, the Fallarons, Goat Island, Guillemot, Indian Island, Island Chaffee, Island Freeman, Island Grissom, the Island of St. James, Island White, Mosley, Pewetole, Preston, Prince, Rincon, San Clemente, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Catalina, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Santa Barbara, Smith, Sugarloaf, Sutil, Teal Island, both Whaler and Whaler's Island, the many islands of San Francisco Bay (including Alcatraz), and innumerable rocks whose names vary from things like "Avila Rock" and "Destroyer Rock" to at least five named "Seal Rock" and one creatively named "Square Black Rock".
