To write a Philippines telephone number in international format, begin with the country code +63, and then drop the trunk prefix 0 from the beginning of the domestic number. For example, Manila's area code 02 becomes +63 2. Do not use any punctuation at all except for the plus sign on the country code: only digits and spaces.

Do not write the country code as 0063, as that will be confusing to callers in countries that use a prefix other than 00 for international calls.
