How long does a lip tattoo last?

You can Really Sink Your Teeth in this!I am assuming that you are refering to tattooing the inside of the lip!!Back in the late 70's and early 80's this type of tattooing was more popular than it is today.....

First off most folks who got the inside of their lip tattooed back then probably don't even have it there anymore.......Between biting the area as we are known to do and the fact that it isn't made up of skin, but more like the labia type covering....The lip tattoo will not live long....And may take several touch ups to get it to stay.........And no tattooer I know will guarantee anything on the inside of the lip..........Hope this helps.....TatuBaron
