In 'The Sisters Grimm' who is the Master?

The Master of the Scarlet Hand is Mirror.

This is foreshadows in Book 7 when it is said that the master can see everywhere. (Mirror has access to a lot of people and information, because his mirror holds the Reflection Room that has passages to every mirror made by Bunny Lancaster, or the Evil Queen in Snow White.)
