Are there openly gay Olympics

The openly gay equivalent to the Olympics are the Gay Games.

Started in 1982, the Gay Games are held every four years like they Olympics.

The first games were in San Fransisco, and the most recent games were held in Chicago in 2006.

Gay Games VIII will be held in 2010 in Cologne, Germany.
