How do you operate the elevator in Pokemon Red after you get the key card?

In Pokémon Red, after you obtain the Key Card from the Team Rocket hideout, you can operate the elevator by going to the elevator door in the building. Simply press the button on the panel next to the door to call the elevator. You can then select which floor you want to go to by interacting with the buttons inside the elevator. This allows you to access different levels of the Team Rocket hideout and progress in the game.
