Is black widow trained to be stealthy and have no superpower?

yeah she doesn't have any superpowers but was trained to be a Russian spy, assassin and part of a elite force called S.H.I.L.E.D that could take on superheros, mutants and monsters not sure if she was originally ment to be bad and broke free form S.H.I.E.L.D. tho lol
