Can a person have both Part A and Part B coverages from Medicare if they meet eligibility requirements?

During your working life, you pay Medicare tax out of your paycheck that pays for your Part A, so when you turn 65 you're automatically enrolled in Part A. You're not required to enroll in Part B, but it's better if you do so when eligible to avoid penalties for late enrollement. Medicare Part B is taken out of your Social Security Check.
