How can you get the effect of bleaching your hair without actually bleaching?

You can only get the effects of bleach with bleach, unfortunately. The best way to bleach is either at a salon, or at home with a good brand of bleach and deep conditioner. I'd recommend bleach by L'oreal, and Aussie's Deep Conditioner. Good luck!
