If you draw smiley faces on your toes are they considered people?

Yes! They have actually scientifically proven that when the ink bleeds through the skin, it reacts with the vagapenass gland and turns the toes into living, breathing, pooping, organisms.

I wouldn't recommend doing this however, toes have been known to get pretty wild and crazy.
