Yes, Sharee Miller is currently out on bond right now as of July 2009. She is awaiting a new trail while out of prison. A new trial was ordered in August 2008 and a a federal court judge ordered Miller out on bond in the summer 2009. Sharee is living in the Greater Detroit area of Michigan.
