Is laundry detergent safe to use on dogs?

You'd be better off using some cheap dishliquid or cheap shampoo 1/4 c and 1/4 c of cheap listerine, it'll help a bit, are you in a wet area? I say cheap because the good stuff with the antibacterial in it or degreaser will hurt your lawn, try octagon or joy
