How do you set up voice mail?

From the home screen on your handset, select the telephone icon, at the bottom of the screen you will see a tape symbol, tap on the symbol and it will automatically dial your voicemail. Follow the prompts on your voicemail to set up and personalise your voicemail (ensure that your handset has your voicemail number programmed into the handset, if it's not refer to your network provider for the number).
