What episode in scrubs does elliott and JD fall out of a tree?

Elliott and J.D. never fall out of a tree, no are they ever stuck in one. J.D. is stuck in a tree in the season 9 episode 'Our Drunk Friend.' Also, Turk and J.D. are stuck in a tree together in the season 5 episode 'My Big Bird.' That's actually kind of a lot of tree incidences for a show, but J.D. and Elliot never fell into that trap together.
