Yes. It depends on how long ago they were too. Some apartment complexes may not rent to you, so you will need to send them an email to ask, but mostly what they look for in background checks is violent crimes, and crimes that involve money or fraud. A felony will kill your chances. If you get a 3rd dui, it WILL be a felony, and then you are in real trouble and your life will be ruined. You have to ask yourself if drinking is the best think for you to keep doing. I have 2 dui's as well and have totally stopped drinking altogether. I was able to eventually rent an apartment and get my license back. Three strikes and you are out my friend. Stop drinking now and save the rest of your life.
