How many people have aniridia?

Aniridia occurs sporadically somewhere in the region of 1 in 50,000 to 100,000 births. So you can work out rough numbers in a given population.

Added to that though would be children born to a parent who has aniridia. They will have have a 50% chance of inheriting it.
