I asked my coach and he said 1000 which is barely any to me but im German and im a professional Basketball player so im glad you asked that question and im glad i could actually answer well gotta get some rest because i have a big game tomorrow. Sorry I have to go but i need a lot of rest for tomorrows big game so im not tired
