What Latin inscriptions are on Washington DC buildings?

"Justice, the Guardian of Liberty" is inscribed on the pediment of the Supreme Court building. "E Pluribus Unum" (Out of many, one) is inscribed on the Capitol building, and "Fraternal Harmony" is inscribed on the front of the Scottish Rite Temple.
