- Spain - 27,357 (as of 12/31/12);
- Netherlands - 20,219 (as of 12/31/12);
- Belgium - 17,000 (as of 8/11);
- France - 7,000 (as of 12/31/2013);
- Sweden - at least 1,668 (as of 5/1/11);
- United Kingdom - at least 1,916 (as of 1/27/15);
- Norway - at least 1,315 (as of 12/31/2013);
- Portugal - 914 (as of 12/31/12);
- Denmark - 631 (as of 12/31/13); and,
- Iceland - 31 (as of 12/31/2011 - including the prime minister of the country).
