Can you move out of your moms house to live with your dad at age 17 if your mom says no?

If you're in the US...no, you cannot. In order for you to live with Dad, he would have to petition the court for a change of custody, and depending on how close you are to 18, you might be 18 before it even gets in front of a judge...meaning it might be a waste of time and you're better off just waiting until you turn 18.
