Hello, I am in desperate need of help with my son, he is 16 and has no regard for authority. He lies and steal and no matter how we discipline him he still does the same thing over and over. Please help! Any suggestions?

You need to enroll him in a local military academy and give him a 6 month probationary period to see if his ways change.
