How big is a king size water bed?

A UK standard king size bed is 5' x 6'6" (150 x 200cm)

Note that if you and your partner are different weights, the single bladder form will not work well. If you get the type with tubes, be aware that you will periodically need to add water as the vinyl stretches - very similar to inflatable beds in that way.
