Can you rent a car with a restricted license?

I received a D.U.I December 20, 2008. My court dry ia scheduled for March 3, 2008. As of now i am not charge with the D.U.I, but im worry about my driving privledges being revoked. My job recuires me to travel 40% of the time and im worried about renting a car on a monthly bases. Is this restriction gion the provent me from renting a car.

Rental cars companies do check your lic and your record at the time of the rental. The agent behind the counter doesn't do it, it's automatically done when they press enter. If your lic is declined, all the counter person see's is declined and a ref # to give to you.
