Why won't my hip street mp3 charge?

well first... how old is yor hip street? and what brand of hs? my mp3 from hip street died a while ago and it was only half a year old. now i have a hip street prism.

> checked the insides for crosion and or broken wires?

if all of these dont work or you cant find any crosion or broken wires then look if it has a warnty. of your warenty is still valade then go to where you bought it (i use wallmart) and tell them. they will give you a new one. and if they dont you can buy a new one for under twenty five dollors
