What if a guy doesnt know how to show or express love to you although you think he does and you interpret it as if he is ignoring you or not making an effort?

You are 'in love with love' and ignoring the red flags that are fluttering in you face. Love isn't about ignoring the one you love or not making an effort to improve the relationship. All relationships need work and it's a learning process. After all, there are two totally different personalities either dating, living together or married so life can have it's ups and downs, but mature people can communicate and work through their problems.

This guy sounds like a controller or is moody and has no respect for himself thus, he has no respect for other (including you.) Kick this guy to the curb and move on! There are a lot of nice guys out there. If you 'lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas.' If you don't have respect for yourself then don't expect it from those around you.
