Where is the fuse-box that holds the accessory fuses on a 1998 Chevy Metro lsi?

On a 1998 Chevy Metro LSi, the fuse box that holds the accessory fuses is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can access it by removing a cover panel to the left of the steering column. This fuse box contains various fuses for accessories and electrical components in the vehicle.
