Does a nanny need to be licensed in FL?

I don't know about Florida, but I do know in Wisconsin that you need a Home Caregiver's license to babysit. It should be the same in your state. So look for something like that to apply for. You should be able to receive it without a problem if you have not had any domestic violence on your criminal record
