No, because there's no constitutional provision for the government to provide health insurance to anybody. The Constitution clearly specifies that the government is to provide for the general defense and promote the general welfare; it has no authority to provide for the general welfare. But there's good news all over America! New health care plans are cropping up all over that pay for pre-existing conditions. In Chicago, for example, a 45 year-old can get a health insurance policy for just $343 per month - that's cheap!
