Your happiny cant hold an oval stone what should you do?

Ok, Its Very Hard To Evolve Happiny. The Trick Is To Make It Hold The Oval Stone At About Level 20+, Then Massage It And Battle With It As First In You Party For A Little While And After You've Leveled Up A Few Times. It Should Evolve. :)
