Why does my 43cc mini chopper from pepboys take 20-25 mins to start there is nothing electric on it it's only pullstart?

Pump some petrol out , then put the fuel line down then accelerate and pull at the same time but hold break to because when it starts it'll go foward... Also try some pulls in off mode then try it in on mode. Should go int 5 tries old skill things do this
