He is not. After his short stint with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL, he signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in January, 2007. He was assigned to the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europa and then was picked up by the Berlin Thunder. But, he is still technically part of the Tampa Bay organization.
