Who makes the Best selling hand made jewelry?

I have done a lot of traveling at least in the United States, not much abroad. I have bought and sold a lot of jewelry and the best hand made jewelry is made by several Native American Tribes in the Greater SW. Four Corners is a great place to buy silver and Turquoise if I am not mistaken i think it is the Navajo
