Can you take sulfatrim DS 800 and take Tylenol 2 for pain?

i have am using sulfatrim for a sore throat however the symptoms are getting worst. Can i use Tylenol cold or Advil cold and sinus or Panadol multi symptoms instead even though i used the sulfatrim less than 24 hours ago
